Local attractions: (In town and within walking distance) Prairie Village - (Operated by Norman County Historical Society)
Located within walking distance from the Motel. Prairie Village consists of buildings that were built and in use during the late 19th century. The exhibit consists of Eight buildings a Log House, 2 Churches, Machinery shed, One room school, barber shop, Bank, Doll House, Country Store, Depot, Windmill and Print shop. All buildings have contents (from the time period) inside. Open Summer Months.
Dekko Community Center - The Dekko Community Center has facilities including; an indoor junior Olympic-sized swimming pool, wading pool, whirlpool, sauna, two racquetball courts, and elevated walking track, an exercise/weight room, a community meeting room, and the Ada Public Library.
Snowmobiling - The snowmobile trail that runs thru Ada is called the "Ada Trail." Going in a North/South direction through town we are interconnected to the vast trail system that will allow you easy access to Minnesota's beautiful lake country. The Ada portion of the trail is just a few short blocks from the Norman Motel.
